The types of diseases that are often encountered are diarrhea and ISPA. Diarrhea is usually caused by spicy foods. While ARI is generally experienced by adults due to colds. Infectious diseases around the working area of this clinic are malaria and DHF. Severe cases are usually referred to the hospital immediately. There may be risky sexual activity in tourist areas. as STI cases have been found among both local residents and foreigners. |

The clinic also encounters drunken tourists in nightclubs. The hospital has found cases of drunkenness causing severe hallucinations. |
Psychological Hazard |
Incidents of violence against tourists are usually found in nightclubs. Never found trauma during the trip. There has never been a case of violence against a foreigner due to drunkenness. Psychological trauma during the trip was never found in the hospital. |
Physics Hazards |
There are water tourism activities. Foreigners usually enjoy water activities such as snorkeling, surfing, and diving. Several cases were found in these activities such as drowning and hitting coral in the sea. ARI cases experienced during drowning are also often found in foreigners. The majority of cases found are trauma and fractures while climbing, cycling, or hiking. Hospitals rarely accept cases of decompression caused by diving. |
Safety Hazard |
Tourist locations that are in great demand by foreigners such as hills and beaches. Access to natural tourist sites such as hills and beaches has the potential for accidents to occur. Hospitals often receive cases of accidents caused by foreign nationals falling and slipping. Accidents tend to be experienced by adults. Travel health cases in toddlers and young foreign children generally experience fever, but this is rare. |
